The festival will host a ‘dual premiere’ with two screenings at flagship venues in both Northwest and Southeast DC to maximize accessibility, diversity and honor the people and communities profiled in the film.

    The mission of the Annapolis Film Festival is to encourage the development of all aspects of the creative arts in and around Annapolis through the cinema experience. By showing independent films, features, documentaries and shorts, that will inspire, enlighten and entertain all audiences on a variety of topics, it promotes Annapolis as a cultural arts center. The festival runs from March 31 - April 3 and will feature over 70 films. More info

    The Environmental Film Festival at Yale is made up of a group of graduate students who are committed to advancing environmental awareness through the power of film. Each year, EFFY supplants its graduating leadership with promising descendants who perpetually renew the festival with fresh ideas and insights. They strive to empower the expanding community of environmental filmmakers by showcasing their work and facilitating their development. If EFFY sparks meaningful conversations while motivating others to act on newfound convictions, then the festival has succeeded. More info.

    Princeton Environmental Film Festival

    We're excited to be a part of Princeton Environmental Film Festival's 10 anniversary celebration this year! CITY OF TREES will be screened on Tuesday afternoon in downtown Princeton, New Jersey and followed by Q&A with Brandon + Lance. Tickets are FREE, but it's best to be early to reserve a spot.

    About the Festival

    The Princeton Environmental Film Festival is sponsored by the Princeton Public Library and is held annually at 65 Witherspoon Street in downtown Princeton, New Jersey. Founded in 2006, the PEFF’s mission is to share exceptional documentary films and engage our community in exploring environmental sustainability from a wide range of angles and perspectives. The festival began in 2007 and has run for nine consecutive years with a total of 92 days of programming and attendance of 26,000.

    The screening will take place on April 5th at 4:00 pm at the Princeton Public Library.

    Admission is free, but arrive early to ensure a good seat.

    Full Frame Documentary Film Festival

    We can't begin to share how thrilled we are to be showing CITY OF TREES at Full Frame Documentary Film Festival this year! The annual festival in Durham, NC features excellent nonfiction films. We've been attending as audience members for years, and it's a true honor to be invited to share our work. Passes for this festival are already gone (that's how good it is!), but you can still get individual tickets for CITY OF TREES and others starting APRIL 1. Get yours early to guarantee a spot. 

    About the Festival

    The Full Frame Documentary Film Festival is an annual international event dedicated to the theatrical exhibition of nonfiction cinema. Each spring, Full Frame welcomes filmmakers and film lovers from around the world to historic downtown Durham, North Carolina, for a four-day, morning-to-midnight array of nearly 100 films, as well as discussions, panels, and Southern hospitality. Set within a few city blocks, the intimate festival landscape fosters community and conversation among filmmakers, film professionals, and the public.

    Full Frame serves the documentary form and its community by showcasing the contemporary work of established and emerging filmmakers. The festival provides a space that nurtures conversation between artists, students, and the Full Frame audience. Full Frame is committed to enhancing public understanding and appreciation of the art form and its significance, while making films more accessible to a wider audience. More info.
